What is VIP valued free shipping?

A VIP customer is one who has registered on the website,and places orders while logged in. Applies to all orders over $30
Customers who checkout as a guest will not get the VIP free shipping option.
Note: All orders over $100 will get free shipping regardless of status.

How do I go about lodging a Return Request?

For New Zealand please read the NZ Returns Policy in our terms and conditions first, then complete the Rosa Living Product Returns form.

For Australia please read the AU Returns Policy in our terms and conditions first, then complete the Rosa Living Product Returns form.

We will contact you with instructions on how to return your goods for replacement or refund. All correctly returned products will be refunded to the original purchasers credit card within 7 days.

Why do I get "No shipping options please CONTACT Us for assistance" on the checkout screen?

This occurs when the shipping address is not within the country of the store you are in.
Customers in our Australian store can only have delivery to an Australian shipping address.

Customers in our New Zealand store can only have delivery to a New Zealand shipping address.
Non Australian and New Zealand customers cannot purchase on Rosa Living at this time.
